Retrofitting S-Line Exterior Kit

I have a Q7 3.0 TDI and would like to know whether anyone has managed to retrofit an OEM S-Line Exterior kit onto a non s-line vehicle. I'm referring specifically to the coloured lowers that you would find on an S-Line Q7.
Any thoughts on whether it is worth the effort and cost?

Do you have the electric tow hitch - if so you cannot retrofit rear bumper section.
I suspect the different position of DRLs, indicators and Different lower panels may relate to different backing panels etc.
As far as painting goes people have done it but it wont pass for S-Line because of different shaped mouldings, S-Line badging and wheels.
Might be easier to change car!<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/q7/msgs/11896.phtml">Pics showing differences</a></li></ul>

Oops meant to post at the end of the thread....
I changed out the 3.6 pri gray lower skirting and bumper for S line rear bumper, lower door panel/skirting and had them painted as I didn't care for the gray lower skirting. If you have the factory tow you will also need either a one piece or three piece filler panel around the tow area depending on the bumper you order. I didn't change out the front bumper as I was told I would have to modify the car for the S line to fit. So major mods wasn't an option vs. just replacing parts. Again I was just looking to have the car in solid color vs. trying to obtain the S line look and feel which you really can't. Also it was a parts nightmare to make sure you got everything needed. I did order a 4.2 front lower spoiler and had it painted as the 3.6 pri stock gray lower spoiler, panel and bumper are not designed to hold paint as it will eventually crack and peel. I also had a clear bra installed on the new painted parts and the original front upper bumper. Here are a couple of very fuzzy pics of my Q and a link to another car that is similar but I believe they have the standard 4.2 lower door panels and bumper vs. S line lower door panels and bumper. If you do decide to do this you will need to find a parts department that is willing to work with you!!!

I picked up the wheels on sale at audiparts superstore.com back in May before the price doubled. They are the Audi accessory wheels out of the catalog. They look just like Hartman and Hartman may be the supplier. I'll post some better pics of the rear bumper. Here is the list of some of the parts that fit my car. I'll have to dig up the tow area cover plate stock numbers. If you don't have a tow you will need a different lower rear bumper spoiler. I dealt with Riverside Audi up in NJ for most of the parts and my local dealer help with the tow area panels.

How does your clear bra look on your white paint?
I was considering doing a clear bra on my white Audi, but some people have discouraged me since they said the film tends to be more visible on white cars (due to the tint and only 99.5% transparency) and will look worse than with time due to age/dirt/yellowing when other darker paint colors are more forgiving. Is this true? Are you happy with the color "match?" on yours?
And how much did it cost?
