I just noticed something weird on my Q7 today....so I found out that the ride's height are not balanced
1- The fronts: left suspension is a bit lower than the right side(about 5mm)
2- The rears: right one is a bit higher than the left side(same as the fronts, about 5mm)
3- Passenger side rear tire has been removed a couple of weeks ago using the onboard jack.
what's wrong with my ride?

two ways to measure this...
proper way set it to automatic.
measure from center of the center cap to the center of the fender lip.
you should have 449 for the front and 465.
the other way is to make sure each wheel has the same tire pressure, then set to dynamic, then measure with a tape measure or yard stick the height from floor to center of fender.
if at any point you jacked up the car with out putting it in 'jack mode' you will most likely have settings out of whack. you will have to have it reset or do it yourself. i recommend going to the dealer and having it done. especially if you're still under warranty.

by the way, I just ordered ross-tech vag/com diagnostic system...I suppose it can reset the suspension, right?

yes you can adjust via vagcom.
you WILL need a flat level ground and a measuring stick which reads in mm and a lot of patience. REMEMBER the doors have to stay closed, otherwise the system is not ready.
steps here:
http://forums.quattroworld.com/q7/msgs/3314.phtml
regardless of which setting you are on the front should be equal and the rear should be equal.
if the car is running when you measure allow a few moments to pass for the suspension to settle/adjust if you were inside it.
for future reference always use 'jack mode' when lifting the car.
