what are you basing the 'should be' height on? that could be wrong as well.

I haven't received it yet...
by the way...is there any way I can low down or raise up to the maximun...so both sides could be balanced? then I start adjusting them to the height they should be.

yes, but it will take forever. you can go to the complete highest setting allowed, you will get an error message saying 'max limit exceeded' or something to that effect. my advice is simply do it with the most accurate MM reading tool you have. measure each side accurately and adjust accordingly. do this outside of the vehicle on a leveled floor with the cable plugged in through the window and the system set to automatic.
