Rough idling after starting..

MIL light
Got in my 2007 4.2 Q7 and the car started vibrating. Ah, the MIL light stays on. Starts blinking after a few minutes and then goes solid. Driving it around the block is torture, no power, totally limp so I just park it.
Thinking it is the ignition coils but we will see. Going to take to the dealer tomorrow morning if they can see me and will report back. Car just passed 30,500 miles this week.
Until today, my Q7 has given me no trouble.
