they were delivering 2 of them today. One in Phantom Black and one Condor Grey. This particular dealer is in the Seattle area.

Also, wanted to say hi to everyone, I'm usually over with the other allroads but we are also considering trading in the wifes Volvo XC90 for the Q7. We are leaning towards the 4.2 but want to drive a 3.6 before making the decision.

btw, has anyone tried to do the allroad 402 mod on a Q7 with air suspension.......just wondering.

Default Nice...so what's a 402 mod?

I see that it lowers your car to 15mm front, and 12mm rear. Is it software or hardware?

Default It's done with a VAG-COM. It allows you to go into

the ecu and change the height of the car with the air-bags. 402 is what the mod is called, it is the height in mm (402mm)from the center of the wheel up to the bottom of the fender well while the allroad is in the second lowest position. It tricks the height setting into thinking it is at the correct height when it is really lower. I'm thinking it's possible to lower the Q7 by by an inch or so without messing with the camber and alignment.......freeway travel I suppose would be the main reason for this.

btw, It's possible to lower an allroad this way by over 2 1/2 inches but it is not good for the car, suspension mainly, but also control arms, camber, and alignment.
