wondering if a shift **** and boot from a B8 S4 would be a direct swap on my 2011 Q7. any reason to think it wouldn't fit?

Just swapped the shift **** in my 2011 B8S4 for the same one as in my 2012 Q7. Much prefer the look. They certainly look and operate identically but can't be positive it's a direct swap. At least ensure you are sticking to the side trigger shift **** found on the 2010-2012 B8S4 vs the front trigger on the 2013 as that will require modifications to your Q7 (heating and twisting the pin...tricky).
