Thats what i was thinking.
Cause on Audi sport mode theres no lag, so i trying to figure if it would make much of a difference driving with the sprint booster

It is not an overall performance improvement and is not designed as such. It does improve the responsiveness which is the purpose. See the earlier post by Q7AMG which gave a very good description. It reduces the lag to throttle on, helps a little also with the brake over-ride/throttle-on lag and as a left foot braker that is huge. I think it is actually better than the Sport setting (which also has lag if you are just tooling around). I normally run it in green
