Tapping into fusebox question
Passenger side
Slot in question to tap into--20amp fuse for REAR heated seats--I would believe this is "switched" ACC. I currently have a fuse in there as I have this option.
The Accessory I will install needs min 7 amps.
I was going to replace the original fuse with this
http://www.accessafuse.com/access.htm
The Access-A-Fuse is two fuses in one! It has an original 20amp circuit plus a 7.5amp fused accessory connection, thus eliminating the need for in line fuse holders or fuse taps.
Is this okay. I would just crimp with a female connector to slide on the male portion of the exposed 7.5a built in blade.

They are cool. New to me. Hope you have enough space inside the cover.
It looks good as it draws off the spade pre 20 amp. Max load on the unfused spade would be 27 amps. No problem for the bus-bar but you might as well test check it for local hot spot after install.

Very cool, wish i'd thought of it, but I wouldn't let your dealership see it in there. If you ever have an electrical problem they'll blame the fuse/you.
How would you ground the Accessory?
