Default Thanks for everyone's input on my upcoming brake job question.......

I have everything sourced for for the parts except pads. I want to keep as much of the braking performance that we had when the car was new but would like to go with a pad that has less dust accumulation. I am replacing my brakes with all OEM parts besides the pads.

Any thoughts/opinions on pads that leave less brake dust? I have read good thinks about the Hawks pads.

TIA

Akebono pads will have OE-type performance with very little dust.

The newest OE pad dust accumulation is greatly reduced. My new '11 A4 has the most dust-free pads I've ever seen. Lots of recent discussion on all of this.
