Default Trunk won't go down by itself

Hi again. Btw merry Xmas.

today when I started the car and my wife opened the trunk at the same time, something weird happened. The trunk did just open half the way and now I haft to close it manually.
I can see that the retraction latch in the boot is in closed position.

anyone had that problem that it works opening it but don' work when you try to close it when pressing the button?

Have you tried holding the close button to reset the position?

yeah i tried that many times. But I gave the boot a real push when it was almost closed and I manage to get it all the way in. Now everything works like a charm again 😊.

thanks for the tip
