Well my Q7 has now been in the shop for 82 days total. I have had MANY electrical problems and I brought it back in yesterday for a driver's side seatbelt sensor issue and climate control not working properly on the driver's side.
The sad thing is that on my loaner Q7 3.6 there is an oil pressure issue.
I have contacted Audi about buying it back and am awaiting a response. If I don't hear back by Monday or they refuse to reimburse me I will be filing my Lemon Law paperwork with the state on Monday. How Audi handles this will determine if there is another Audi in my future.

I had radio/stereo problems on my 2004 VW Touareg.
After I called BBB, it took VW 35 days to pay me back. I got all my lease payments(26payments) back without any depriciation.

This is my first Audi.
At least my dealer in West Palm Beach has been nice enough to give me a Q7 as my loaner for the majority of the time.

Sorry to hear about your problems. Based on news releases, Marc Trahan used to be the Director of Aftersales (ie., customer service) for Audi of America. He was recently promoted to a new role In Product Quality a while back. I'm not sure if he was replaced in Aftersales. His contact number is below. I assume that you have already gone the Audi Advocate route - if that is not getting you anywhere, I would call him. Sometimes escalating to the top gets "grease to the squeaky wheel."
