Here's the list of parts i came up with for doing a full facelift from a 2009 SLine to a 2010/11 Sline. For the tail lights you need the new control module but all the wiring is the same.

Gregtay could you please elaborate on the led tailight upgrade. My new tails are on the way and would appreciate any help I can get on the install. I have done a forum search and came up with zero. I still need to order the new module so where does that go? From there is it all plug n play and thats it?? No wiring?? My new grill is also on the, way cant wait. The pictures you guys have posted look great!

I ordered from audionlineparts.com (I think that's it// whoever sponcers this site) You can get them from any dealer.... just find one that gives good discounts for web orders. I live in seattle and my local dealer is nice enough to charge MSPR + 10% on everything (i am not kidding)... i if i need something i order from a dealer in Portland who gives a great discount and can have parts to me the next day.

One note... if i could do it again i would order the Euro version of the tail lights with thr orange blinker.. look smuch better compared to the red one they used in the US model.

I only have a min.. but it's straightforward.. search on this site for removing/installing a new taillight. You nee dto remove a little trip from the rear tailgate.. the you can unbolt the lights and install the new ones.. they just plug right in. You will need to sand one corner of the new taillights to get it to fit perfectly... Audi changed changed the area around the license plate and they squared off the corner on the light.. just sand it a little and round it off and it will fit perfectly.

The contirl module is in the rear right side panel just above the DVD player. you remove the side trim and swap it out. Just plug and play. Might need to recode. I will try to post more detials... just about to jump on a plane home from Korea. cheers.

Hey Gregtay, does the grill mentioned above come with the trim, the license bracket and the emblem or do I need to order these separately.

my understanding is the S-line grille comes all as one piece ( grille, trim, rings and licnese plate holder) this may be europe only though.

it was only the V12 grille where the liscense plate holder was seperate.

It comes with the emblems (audi and quattro) it does not come with the license plate filler/mount.. just transfer the one from your current grill.
