No. One cannot negotiate tax nor licensing so I don't bother with this. Also, depending on where you are, tax can be impacted by a trade as was the case for me.

And if anyone has any opinion:
Dealer is selling $3325 off of MSRP, plus an additional $1500 for Audi loyalty

Also, how legit are the numbers for: the destination charge ($895) dealer fee ($699), tag & title ($720, probably legit), tax (~$3900 probably legit).

Thanks in advance guys
TTL is what it is, but any extra dealer fee is BS and should be negotiated away. For me that was a "document fee" which I told them to remove. Otherwise tax and licensing your car are not within the dealer's control.

Are destination charges legit as it's being built & shipped from overseas?

For what's worth, destination charge appears in the invoice to dealer too. My S5 had Preparation and Inspection $195 and Delaware Valley DAG $326.13. Then they added nearly $500 Dealer Document Fee. I knew the first two as part of the invoice which we agreed on as the selling price but asked them to remove the Doc or no sale. They lowered the selling price $500 below invoice but kept the Doc fee on the bill of sale.
As far as I am concerned, I pay what's in the invoice (destination, prep), tax, title and license but nothing else such as document fee, advertisement fee, etc. I am sorry if you have to do some paperwork to do business and spend money on advertisement to attract customers to your business which is cost of keeping the lights shine on your shingle. Don't add driveway maintenance and utility bill contribution share to my bill.
