Default What size wheels do you have

I have a 3.6 Q7, and lives in Japan.
Japan is not enough information at Q7.

So I have some question.
I am looking to buy 22x10 wheels, and 285/35-22 tire.
What is the best offset so the wheels don't stick out beyond the body?
What size wheels do you have, your opinion, and how comfortable is the ride?

Default I have the OEM 18" double spokes...

I would think very carefully about going for big wheels unless your roads are really smooth. Let's face it you won't be racing a Q7

We have the OEM 19" Rims on our 3.6, and it's pretty smooth.

Default 20" S-Line wheels

The ride is just right for me. I've had a Q7 loaner with the standard 18" rims and it rode a lot smoother. You could hardly feel any bumps in the road

My 20" S-Line wheels look great, handle very well and ride perfectly with air suspension.

Thanks for the reply, and great message link.

I will try ET50-55, and post result.
S-line wheel is 21 inch, and 295/40-21 or 275/45-21 tire.
I think so no difference to 285/35-22, because same sidewall height.
