I ordered this from Roof Rack. With shipping to my address total was $297. Still cheaper than Audi's OEM Big-block roof rack and these aero bars are a great low profile. Ordered on a Saturday and received on a Thursday via DHL.

http://www.roofrackshop.com/Vehicle-Check/Audi/Q7/Roofrailings-06-/0002429mod976man26.aspx</a

I was in the Audi dealership today and was told Thule will have a "Podium" foot with a Q7 "fit kit" available in October '08. The podium foot will allow attachment of the standard, square cross section Thule bars. Thule made the foot to attach to the Audi Q7 roof rails (like the factory rack).
I originally ordered my 2008 Q7 with the factory roof rack bars, but quickly returned them when the flimsy plastic end covers fell off. Despite flimsy plastic end pieces, the one virtue of the factory roof rack bars is they did attached securely to the factory roof rails - so the new Thule Podium foot will be a great improvement.
