What tire sizes to use with this staggered wheel setup?

OEM wheel size:
20 x 9 ET60
OEM tire size:
275/45-20
Aftermarket wheels:
20 x 8.5 ET45 (front)
20 x 10 ET40 (rear)
I understand that quattro needs all (4) wheel diameters to be the same, but didn't know if I should stretch the stock tires onto the 20x10's or if there is a comparable tire size that is the same as the OEM tire's diameter that would have a squarer profile on the wider wheel?
Also, would the above offsets give me a flush to fender look or would I need spacers for one or both sets of wheels? What size spacers would be best?

Or should I just do 20x10's all the way around? If that is the case, go with the OEM tire size or a different one?

OEM on 21" x 10 is ET44. A couple of the guys have gone 285 and others 295on 9J rims. But on the 20 x 10 I would go 295/40 ET 44 or 45 if available.

I have the 21 x 10 OEM wheels, and completely agree that ET 44 is the right offset for the rears assuming you don't have the S-Line bolt on fender guards. Candidly, if you're going to go through all the trouble of putting different wheels on front and rear, I think you should go for a rear wheel that can take a 305 or 315. I personally think all the OEM wheels have too narrow a width and wrong offset for the Q7 except the 21's. While the 21's look "right" in my opinion, if you want an aggressive look similar to the BMW X5, you must go wider than 295 on the rear. The Q has plenty of rear curves to accommodate, and I don't think you will achieve your goal by splitting the fronts and rears and then staying within the OEM wheel and tire sizes. Your talking about breaking away from the OEM stance, so do it right.
