So does anyone know what is under the passenger side floorboard of a 2009 Q7? I've spent the past 2 hours trying to Google it and I found lots of pictures of cute kittens (true story)...

From this thread ( https://www.audiworld.com/forums/q7-...light-2875836/ ) I had the codes cleared and the mechanic suggested I pull up the carpet to make sure the ECU and all other fuses/electronics are dry or make sure I dry them.

I want to make sure something is actually under the carpet before I pull it up. I don't want to accidentally break anything only to find there is nothing there...

Page 50, the ecu is under the cowl on the passenger side.

Thank you. I looked at that last night and didn't see anything on the floorboard on that diagram; however, I hear everyone talking about the amp to the MMI system being under the floorboard but I can't seem to find it on any diagram. I may be blind...

OOmph! Nevermind... page 71 shows the MMI operating system under the passenger floorboard...

This is a marvelous document! I tried to get onto the page from which it was linked, but could not. Can you please tell me what model years this is for, and maybe how I might explore the site? I've just moved to VW/ Audi from driving Mercedes, and I'm looking for the similar technical site to the Star Tek that I used for my previous cars.
