I've got the S-Line 20's w/ Conti's. Checked tire pressure last night which was in the mid 30's all around. Checked the door pillar which said 42 front and 49 rear so I went ahead and inflated to specs. That's pretty high imo.

The label on the door pillar doesn't give you a range.

Default what's fully loaded mean? vehicle loaded to maximum weight capacity?

I too find the PSI specs to be strange. What would be the "best" PSI for all-around comfort, handling and mileage, assuming the load consists of 4 adult passengers? I'm on the stock 18's.

am glad someone is picking up on this!

I have 22" was advised by th 3rd party fitters that I shld have 32 PSI all round.

I could tell that was visually too low so I upped it to 46PSI rears and 42PSI fronts.

My tires state highest PSI is 51 thus I am within range and car feels solid - was 'sliding' round bends at 32 PSI.

I guess in time I would know if PSI is wrong as tire ware would indicate so.

That would be an extreme. Odd to give only PSI recommendations at the extreme and not the average
