What's the size and bolt pattern of the Q7's collapsible spare?

I'm trying to see if it would fit over larger rear brakes on an allroad.

5x130, 195/75/18. Offset is all wrong for the AR too. Q7s are in the 50s. The wheel will clear the

6 piston brembos on the Q7, but I don't know if it'd clear the HP2s
