I have 22" on mine and they fit just fine. No issues even after lowering my car.
The handling is much better and roadholding is vastly improved.
There is more road noise...however the Q7 is an SUV not a luxury cruise liner!

feed the before and after into this calculator to get % error
Its pretty cool:-)
Basically as you move into wider tires you reduce the speed error. So moving down to 40 gives error of 4.1% but moving up to 295 form 275 reduces error to 2%

Jusforfun how did you search for members with 22"? I would like to get some 20" and.....
on my Q7 and be able to search members Q7 to get some ideas. Is this possible?
