Why do some Q7's have black plastic molding around the wheel well. Is this part of the offroad pkg?

The molding for the 21" wheels is narrow. I think you can get wider moldings in an off-road package, too.

BTW, it's EXPENSIVE to try to retrofit - $1xxx for parts alone.

they are some great looking q7's

plastic seems to look better on darker cars so if i go with the wheels might go lava grey instead of white

as the wheels have not hit aussie shores yet, im curious to know what sort of premium these wheels command over the 20" slines?

also, does the price of the 21" wheels include the plastic mouldings as they they are mandatory or are there extra costs associated again?
