On more then one occasion my front wipers were "stuck" in the down position when I hit the stalk to wash or wipe the windshield. Both wipers wiggled up and down like they were trying to move. If I push them up manually and hit the stalk, they'll work properly 50% of the time. Even engaging the service position through MMI moves the wipers when stuck some of the time. Any clue what could be the problem?
