Woohoo, found a left over 4.2.
Got a decent deal, nothing extraordinary. They wouldn't budge on passing the cost of shipping for a dealer swap onto me so it's not as good as it should be. At least they didn't give me guff on the $4k incentive.
Now my wife gets to patiently sit and wait for the AMI retro-fit ... if it ever comes.

I just did the same thing - found it in CO - my friend shipped it for free. 4.2 non premium with AMI
