Default 2016 GVWR

Does anyone know the GVWR (gross vehicle weight rating) for the new Q7. I know they made it a lot lighter, but am hoping it is still above 6000 lbs (very beneficial for tax purposes).

Unlikely. Also, i'm pretty sure the Section 179 bonus depreciation for such vehicles expired at the end of 2013.

Yes the bonus deprecation is officially done (although congress did at the last minute pass it for 2014...it may happen again). However, the vehicle can still be depreciated over the standard 5 years at a maximum of 25000 per year.
