Just got ahold of someone at Audi connect support. They said my vehicle is one of 400 affected by an outage in Audi Germany and there is no estimate on a fix.

I have been in touch with Audi Support and not connect but they yet do not have a resolution and the reset did not help either.

I see Please wait on audi connect and checking license on google maps forever

Default Same here ...

Worked for 4 days then stopped working, having same issues. Have a few tickets open with Audi, dealer said the only fix at the moment was to do factory reset 4 times. Didn't work for me. Audi was supposed to update me yesterday, still haven't heard anything.

I am having the same issue now. It worked for 24 hours and then back to the "Please Wait" screen. I am also waiting on Audi Support to get back to me.

I have the same issue with my brand new 2017 Q7. Audi Connect and Google Earth worked for a couple of days. Now it's stuck on the "please wait" screen. Factory reset gets it working until the next drive cycle. Very frustrating. Audi support make it sound like this is a new problem but it seems a lot of people have the same issue.

Hi All

I agree Audi support appears to be treating it as an isolated issue and not something systemic, clearly the same symptoms are happening with multiple vehicles.

I hope we can get Q7 team at Audi to realize this so they can help solve it for us

A member of the Q7 launch team called me today after I have called the Audi customer experience line every day since the problem started. He swore to he would have a solution by Monday so my advice is call them and Audi connect support everyday until it is resolved. That's what I am doing.

The two numbers I have been calling are:
(800) 822-2834
And
(877) 505-2834 Option 1
The second number is Audi connect support.
