Default 2018 Audi Q7 new order - production week

I placed an order for a 2018 Audi Q7 prestige for the options below. I received my summary order sheet and it has some information from the factory. I would like to know what does the number mean when it indicates actual production week of 3817?

2018 Audi Q7
Glacier white metallic
Gray oak inlay
Black cloth headliner
Titanium Black Optic Package
Cold Weather package

I think it means scheduled for the 38th week of 2017.

Do you know if the production week can change?

It can change. When the dealer showed the summary sheet for my car it had an original ETA of for the second to fourth week of April but then got shifted to mid April to early May.

Hope my production week changes since I technically placed my order with the dealership since May. The only reason why the order was placed this late is because of the back and forth regarding the Tofana white color with the factory. My lease for my BMW is ending late August.

The Q7 is assembled in Bratislava, Slovakia. My family is from there and I still have family there. Last night 6/14/2017 a family member told me factory workers are going on strike Tuesday 6/20/2017. Anything can happen, I'm just relaying what he said.

I'm about to place an order for a 2018 Q7 myself so I am as interested in this as you.

It means the ETA for the car production is the week of September 18th. Yes, that can get moved up or back depending on several factors.

I hope they resolve the problem without any delays in the production.

I wonder if the strike at the Volkswagon plant in Slovak will affect the Q7 production? I know that there are a lot of different cars being produced there and the Q7 plant is another building. The news is reporting that there will be about 2500 workers being on strike while the whole plant employs 12,500 people.
