Does the end of your stalk light up a little red dot when the rear window wiper is activated? My 2018 A4 Allroad does but not my 2018 Q7. Anyone else know if this is normal?

I think it's kind of ironic as well because before I got the Q7, I had a 2018 Q7 rental from enterprise with no light on the end. Perhaps it was a manufacturing defect for a short time, or a cost cutting change.

I don't have a 2018, but on my 2017 there is a little red indicator that lights up when the rear wiper is on.

Mine has a red light. Just can't see it because it is hidden behind the steering wheel.

I didn't even know there was a red light before I saw this thread. But tested it this morning, and sure enough it is there

Yeah, the rear wiper has a red light for me.

There's no manual setting for the rear wiper, right? It's either on auto or just off.
