2021 Q7 Laser Light Headlamps

Does anyone have any idea when this feature may be enabled for the US market? Feature is enabled in the MMI, and I can see the indicator on the virtual cockpit when high beams are on. It is an interesting feature and I read that the legislation has been hung up for some time now.

The laser lights are active, just not the matrix function.

Yes, laser lights are active but their range is reduced in USA. The same problem is with BMW X5 with laser lights. In EU version laser lights have longer range.
