How would you tell if I have air suspension? Thanks in advance.

When you change the drive mode you will see an indicator on the screen showing the car raising or lowering. You could also look in the trunk to see if there is a button to lower the vehicle (next to the buttons that fold the seat). Or crawl under and see if you can see the air bags?

easiest way is to look at the 3rd row seat control panel. if it only has two buttons for raising/lowering the seats it doesn't have it.

if it looks like the one below, it has the adaptive chassis package or air ride (depends on year). adaptive chassis from 2017-2019 included 4 wheel steering too.

Is this the same for the 2020-2022 model year Q7s? In other words, do the newer model years have the raise/lower button in the back like the earlier ones do?

Also, do anyone happen to know if this also applies to the Q8?

2 x yes. Except only this that Q8 doesn't have 7 seater version.

Tell me more about this electric hitch. This is the first I’ve heard about it.

Unfortunately this option is not offered on US market.
