Anyone else had errors while driving on the highway with the Audi Pre-Sense and Audi Side Assist becoming unavailable? This has happened to me twice in the last couple of weeks. Only on the highways and longer drives. The first time it happened I had to stop and turn off the car and back on. The 2nd time (just Pre-Sense) it self corrected.

I had the pre-sense error pop up for the first time this weekend. Seemed kind of random and I don't recall exactly when it occurred, but I believe it was when I was merging onto the highway. If it happens again I'll pay closer attention to see if there's a trend.

Mine occurred bot times just driving straight on the highway.

Dealership believes that its a lose connection to the parking sensor in the rear... we will see if that fixes it.

has anyone remedied this?
i am getting constant pre sense, side assist, rear auto braking, and exist assist errors.
dealer thinks it is something to do with the ultrasonic parking sensors in the rear bumper... but any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Could be, not an Audi (mine is on order) but I had something similar happen with my 17 Honda Ridgeline and it turned out to be parking sensors that were not sealed well and had gotten water in them.

thanks. hoping to get this addressed for the third and final time when the car goes in for the even more annoying sunroof frame creak...

UPDATE - have dealer check radar modules under rear bumper. one of mine was un-clipped from the bracket and every time it rattled around it produced an error.
have them pull the rear bumper and check alignment, placement, wiring, etc. they also did a full calibration for me on the system afterwards...
