I told you already in another thread that I am sorry this happened to you. It is never nice to see someone get burned especially since you were very excited to buy this car. It is a sad story and even more so given that you spent a lot of money for extras making the total something like twice what you paid for the car. I believe you imported it from another country.
I don't mean to be pedantic but it is simply not correct to say that the new materials for things like pistons are no longer meant to last -- and to imply that they are destined to get holes in them at some point or some other nonsense is simply not true. Pistons don't just get holes in them. You could have experienced LSPI or were running way too rich in the cylinder. But one thing is for certain though. If you knew you were burning that much oil and still flooring it, that was not smart. Consuming high amounts of oil means your rings are not able to expand like they need to so you were getting a ton of blow-by. This was making your oil even more dirty and fuel diluted. Fuel dilution will thin the viscosity of your oil. If your engine needed to be rebuilt at 100,000 miles as you say in your post above, then continuing to drive it to 150,000 miles what did you think would happen? Of course the engine was going to be destroyed.

Exactly my point. An engine that was well maintained shouldn't need to be rebuilt at 100,000 miles. My 3.2 FSI engine at over 200,000 miles was perfectly fine even though it was abused in ways that you can't imagine in my extreme environment. That is the first version of this engine. I assumed the 4th generation of this awesome engine which is the 3.0 TFSI CREC would do even better than that. This is why I was confident one I found with a perfect history at 147,000 miles would be just fine and go past 200,000 or even 300,000 miles. Realizing these engines are failing even below 100,000 miles after purchasing this car isn't something I expected. I did not have this information otherwise I wouldn't have purchased this car at over 100,000 miles. I want this information to be available to others so that they don't make the same mistake as me and will do my best so that this is widely spread.

I’ve done 5000 mile Oil changes since I purchased the car new, 2017 Audi Q7 3.0. My first oil change was 1000 miles at the dealer, then 5000, 10000, 15000, and etc….
yes I do have oil consumption problems even after my pcv valve was replaced. It helped for a while. If I’m lucky, I can get 2000 miles before I need oil. My worst scenario was about 1000 miles before the oil light comes on. It varies. I’m almost at 110K miles. I don’t drive the car as much anymore. I’ve bought 3 more new cars after this Q7, none are audi, yes, I do own quite a few cars.
I haven’t seen a high mileage 3.0 Q7 NOT have oil consumption issues in the forums. I define high mileage as over 100K miles.
If u don’t have any issues and have 100K+ miles , please let us know how u did it.

Yes, I bought it for $30,000 at 147,000 miles and imported it with all the additional fees because I trusted the brand and was convinced the car would be fine and do more, way more. The car worked well during the test drive and my friend drove it a full month in the USA and he only reported oil consumption which I know most engines have but did not know this particular engine was actually an oil drinker. The day it got delivered, I barely drove it outside the port when it started whistling because I floored it to see what it got. Failed PCV (see video below) and the issues never stopped. That's how it happened. There's no "He bought a car with 147,000 miles and imported it. Enough said". There's "He trusted the brand and got screwed up!"
