Does replacing a HUD windshield cost more than a non-HUD windshield?

I had small half inch crack. Called AAA to fix it, end up with larger crack. The technician said it is safe to drive since the crack is small and it is inner layer of the glass. If I want to replace the windshield, make sure ask for Acoustic windshield which is for car with HUD option.
