Driver Assistance Package on my '17 Q7 Prestige?
I recently bought a used 2017 Q7 Prestige and at the independent/used dealer's website/information papers when I was looking at it, it said the car had the Driver assistance package. However now that i've owned the car for a little while I found out that the car doesn't have the adaptive cruise control or traffic jam assist. It definitely has traffic sign recognition, lane keep assist and high beam assist all which are in the package but for some reason my car doesn't have those other features. Is this because the car is a 2017 and for some reason it wasn't included at that time or maybe because the car is imported from Canada and made for the Canadian market?? I just wanted to see if anyone else experienced this or has an answer for this.
Thanks

Edit:
The car also doesn't have those two radar "eyes" on the front, however it does have a shiny plastic grille insert which is apparently a thing that cars use for adaptive cruise control/ the radar sensor. Also there isn't a distance control switch on the cruise control stalk. There are also no settings for configuring the more advanced safety systems in the MMI.
Thanks again

It is not because the car is a 2017 model it is because your car is missing so called "Driver Assistance plus Package" which is being sold for Canadian customers.I own Canadian 2017 model with that option and have all those features.
