Simple, I have two choices, Glacier White Metallic and Graphite Gray Metallic...

Which would you choose?

Trying to find a good image of the Glacier White is tough and is the reason I am asking.

What kind of hue does it have to it? Is it pure white or does it have a tone?

Carrara White is pure white. Glacier is a little bit gray (but you won't notice it unless a Carrara White is next to it).

That is what I thought I had read in the Carrara white thread but even in all the press photos I just don't see the amount of Gray in it that the online configurator shows...

I've had both and prefer Glacier White. In my opinion, it's a VERY white white (if you can imagine that).

Just Google Audi Ibis white vs Glacier White and you'll see the grayness in the Glacier.

Glacier white just has a grayish hue, I love it.



Picture when I picked up my A8, compared to non-metallic white on the A7.

Thanks everyone for the input. I am going with the Glacier White.

Sadly they were doing a new software upgrade on it and it errored out causing a bricked control unit. Having to wait at least a week for the replacement to come in and pick her up.
