Am just asking if folks have had a problem with their MMI system. I saw an old thread and there were 2 corrections used. A software update and another with a part replaced.
Getting the notice that "Nav is not activated see your dealer" and other notices I mentioned above. Had the Q7 for just 3 years with less than 17,000 miles and it seems unfortunate to have all my electronic "safety" features fried...
I did ride by Raytheon the other day ...think they are testing a secret weapon to fry computers ...Ha Ha !
Thanks

Sorry this topic fell flat.
But just as an FYI. Got the car back from the dealer. All hardware was checked and no problem. They did do a software update and that corrected everything.
This was all on warranty.
So I need to ask about the future and will start another thread about cost of a software download and whether or not there will be alternatives to bringing the car to a dealer to get it done.
