Increase seat ventilation with obdeleven
Open module 09 central electric then Adaptation and scroll all
The way down until you see seat ventilation, micro adjust.
Tap on stage #1 and put in value 10. Then click ok and click on the
Green check mark. Stages 2 & 3 same thing

*UPDATE* New version of OBD was released and am downloading now. Will be interesting to see if it fixes my issue.

My friend, you are awesome! Works perfectly. In fact, I had the seat ventilation on while I made the change and the extra fan was apparent both in sound and temperature.
Well done and greatly appreciated!
Update: BTW, I did update the app before I tried this.

2. Adaptation
3. Select "Distance basic setting option" in dropdown
Select "On" from New value drop down
This will enable Menu option in MMI/Driver Assistance Settings.

Thanks. Got mine updated. I was pleasantly surprised that even though I had to side load the app to get it on my RCA Voyager II tablet initially, the update button in the app worked to install the update without having to go through the side load procedure again.
