Default Are Pirelli or Goodyear stock on prestige?

Hi, I have a 2017 q7 prestige with Pirelli Scorpion All season tires but I noticed when I pulled up next to other q7s at a street light they had good year tires.. I was just wondering do different trims get different tires? Also does anyone know when I should rotate the Pirelli tires? Thank you all in advance and Happy New Year.

Default Typically, Manufacturers have a set of OEM spec tires...

for any particular model and they put on different tires, according to supply. Audi-specific tires have an AO on the side molding that tells you its a factory fit.

Happy New Year

From what I've observed - 21s are Pirelli Summer Performance. 20s are Goodyear All Season Run Flats. Don't know what they put on the few & far between 19s (never actually seen one).
But - I could be wrong 🤔

I have Q7 Prestige with "20 Pirelli Scorpion Verde as stock. The Pirelli pamphlet I got with car recommends tire rotation every 5000-7000 miles

21s on Prestige also can come OEM with Continental Contisportcontact 5. They are great.

My Q7 came with 285/40R21 Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2. These have the lowest wear rating of any of the 21" tires, 240. I'm going to replace them with Continental ContiSportContact 5 SUV or something else when they wear out.
