I didn't see this posted elsewhere, so I thought I'd query the group to get its thoughts. This morning, while driving my 2017 Q7, a warning came on the cockpit screen indicating something to the effect that Audi Presense wasn't fully operational (or maybe not operational at all) due to obstruction. The virtual cockpit showed an image of the back of the car.

I walked around the vehicle and didn't see any obstructions, though I may not be looking the correct places.

The vehicle had some condensation/dew on it, but not a lot. Just a glazing.

Not sure what to make of this.

Any thoughts from the group?

Something physical, direct sunlight, glare, or some sort of shade was obstructing the camera's view.

Thanks. I was driving east into the rising sun, so perhaps that's it. No further issues today.
