Not yet.
Do they have to remove the wheels?

I would assume so. The guide link bushings are components of the control arms. Cannot imagine they can do it without taking the wheels off. I will ask though and report back.

Yes, I had mentioned control arms being the culprit sometime ago. Pls let us know if there is access with the wheel remaining on (trying to avoid any collateral damage).

Yeah, if you have a look around youtube, there a ton of videos of guys removing control arms and bushing. No way this is happening with the wheels on that I can see.

Well, looks like my Q7 is officially a Lemon. I am now in negotiations on a replacement.

Don't fret, at least they're going to give you a replacement without sending you to BBB, and/or your State's AG. Just make certain they offer you 100% of what your State's lemon law would. .

I can't say if the resolution with Audi is going to be good or bad yet. The offer letter Audi sent me was a "Slap in the Face". This offer could be to miscommunication.
