I just received mine today, the part numbers kindly provided by @PartsByTopher LLC are definitely correct, though it's worth noting that both of the outlets are open. I am unsure whether the 4.0 TFSI engine has dual pipes, but here in Australia, we have the 4.0 TDI in the SQ7 and there is only one pipe with the second outlet blanked out in the tip. No issues, just worth noting.
looks sexy man! Just picked mine up today gonna install them soon.
did you have to jack the car up or is lifting it to highest setting then sticking your head in to see the bolts enough?

Thanks. It amazes me that Audi still use chrome badges, chrome exhaust tips and the aluminium rear light trim with the black out pack. Looks much better this way IMO.
I just slid under the car and unbolted it. I actually didn't think until I was fitting up the second tip that I should have put it in off-road mode first!
Definitely no need to jack up though. There are 4x torx screws and 1x torx bolt. Most are pretty accessible, however there is one a the top, almost in the centre of the two tips the is a bit fiddly. A short handled bit driver did the trick for me.
That will be a muuuuch more cost effective route. There are gloss and satin options available or even a decent subtle carbon vinyl. I plan on doing mine when I tint the lower taillights...
