Default Thoughts on Audi Care for Q7

Any words of wisdom from existing Audi owners on whether to purchase the Audi Care package for a new Q7?

Do dealers ever discount it or is it a standard price?

My read is that it saves 10-15% on maintenance, as long as you keep the car for 3 years. Does that sound about right?

I'm coming from BMWland, where it was built into the price.

It can be discounted. In some cases, it can be negotiated for "free" as part of the deal. Depends on the dealer and how willing they are to earn your business.

We negotiated our original deal in December and should have our car next week. Original deal was MSRP and dealer was including all weather floor and trunk mats, wheel locks and touch up paint. I called last week and asked if we could get Audicare included (Coming from BMW, I didn't know to ask for it when we initially ordered the car) and his response was absolutely no and if we were not happy with our contracted deal from December, he would be happy to refund our deposit. I really wanted to walk away from the deal but don't want to wait another 3 months to reorder somewhere else as my trade-in will probably depreciate more over those 3 months (new model year comes out around 3 months from now) than the cost of Audicare

We had it on ours. The dealer service prices are so inflated that if you have the work done there then it seems to be worth it.

We bought it for $859.00

It should be worth it.
