Brake PAD replaced?
That implies only one pad. Normally, all brake pads on an axle are replaced at teh same time, to make sure that everythign remains equal.
Replacing only one pad, or the pads at only one wheel can result in ending up with pads that act differently one either side of the car, resulting in uneven braking.

Possibly one of the pistons is binding, especialay as now the seal will be riding in a different place than when the pads were worn?
I like to run the pistions back and forth a few ties when replacing the pads, jsut to make sure that they are free.
Possible one of your caliper sliders have stuck/jammed?
I'm sorry but for a problem like that, No real easy answer.
