Add gauges, add motor..
Adding some gauges isn't a bad plan, as the stock gas and boost gauges don't *quite* tell you enough of what's going on up front.
Adding relays for the headlights is always a good idea, and swapping in a 20V motor can be fun too..!

Actually wheels and suspension are always nice and could come before an engine if your 10v still has
life in it.
And a rally wing and a cf sport quattro hood if you are into the looks.

Water cooled turbo, headlight harness, G60 or better calipers
exhaust manifold and exhaust, rebuilding of all rubber hoses by my favorite hose shop with Mig/Tig capabilities.
IMHO if one can do quick and clean 20 valve upgrade it may be worth it. One has to be aware of the fact that if drivability is important moding UrQ is not a cost effective way to achieve it. Even if it has much power applying it is difficult, unless you just want to drag race it. There is a reason why most people abandoned Audi in rally.
This is just an opinion based on observations.

Re: Hey when do us locals get to check out your Ur?
Sorry, I have been lagging behind a bit. The last couple of months have been rather chaotic, even beyond the holiday stuff. I want to get a couple of simple things done before I drive it again. All reg'd and insured, and nearly ready to go, but I have to take care of a couple of honey-do's before I get back on it. I have had the car for a while now and have not even taken any pics yet, which is unforgivable. I will at least try to get some pics this weekend to post. That way I can get your digs in early.
