ECU needed for '83 Coupe Quattro: Where to buy? Cost?

I am posting this for a friend . He has an '83 Coupe Quattro (I'm 99% sure it's a turbo, I don't know much about these models). He needs an ECU for it. Does anyone know where the best place would be to get one? TIA

There are some non-turbo Canadian coupe quattros.

I think there are some people who have some ECU's left over on the forum. Can't help you myself sorry.
