High Fuel Pressure?

In the process of sorting out my vapor lock issues (85 Urq), we've basically replaced the fuel lines, accumulator, etc. Pretty much everything from the tank to the distributor. Couldn't really do a pressure test until this stuff was replaced because it was pretty corroded.
Note: the car ran fine and continues to run fine, just the usual hot start issue that I'm bent on solving!
So now the pressure test shows 6.2 Bar for both the system and control pressures! Factory specs show system pressure should be 4.7-5.4 and control pressure should be 3.4-3.8.
So we're wondering (before replacing regulators, etc.) if the fuel pressure may have been purposely increased to accommodate the Euro wastegate spring and the head modifications? Or does 6.2 seem off-the-chart too high?
Any thoughts?

This is a high pressure fuel system you need around 90 psi and 6.2 bar is 89.92 psi should be ok.

http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/trouble_shooting/ficis.html#fuelp</a

Only an educated guess I suppose. Only happens in hot weather. When engine is shut off hot. Come back 10 minutes later. Turns over fine, but no start. Wait 1 hour or so - starts no problem.
No fuel leaks, but lots of 'weeping' from old fuel lines, old accumulator, etc. Pretty sure it wouldn't have been able to maintain pressure when sitting. Replaced everything from tank to distributor and am now just sorting a few odds and ends.
The inj. cooling fan was sort of working but not wired correctly. That's been fixed.
