Default New Wheels

Here's a pic of my new R8's. I can't believe what a difference these things make to the look of the car. It's so much more aggressive looking than with the Fuchs. Sorry for the bad picture. I'll get better ones later.

I just wish a dished wheel would fit over big brakes.

Default Yeah, glad I bought the AP Racing kit. I do love those Stoptech's, though...

Thinking about the kit they have for the UrS Avant. I just need a little more fundage, first.

Default Re: 6" Ronal has an ET of...

35mm why not use the 8" et of 24mm? No problems with clearance on Porsche Monoblocks

Default Yeah, the Boxster monoblocs were under those RXs.

You can't really see them, but they were under there with 2mm clearence. I was running the ET35 RX with an 8mm spacer to fit a 235 tire. So effective offset was 27mm and the tire rubbed a bit at extreme moments.

When I upgraded to the StopTech calipers, the RXs no longer fit. The RK, which isn't dished, with the same effective offset clears by 4-5mm.

But thanks,
Rich
