Default driveable..it runs and can go just can't stop

plus half the body might fall off if I hit a big bump and I might be sitting on the road when the rest off the floor falls through.

If I hadn't just broken my finger I might have had it ready for Carlisle, but now who knows.

Default The hose audi wants $400 for.

Kind of..

I was talking to the young lad at the dealer parts counter, and moaning about the price.

He said (As he's looking up the price) "It can't be *that* expensive!"...

Once he finds the price:

"Ooooo.... You were right! It's 175.00 *MY* cost..! But I can still get you one, if you want."

Pass on that, thanks! I've seen some intake hoses that have been replaced with metal bits, and provisions for a bypass valve. Seems liek a better plan.

No point in spending >200.00 on a part that I'll be replacing anyway..

Default 10-15 miles per day, With a smoking engine

Yes, But engine smokes. Two bad rings(estimate I drive it about 10 miles per week). What can you do, I love driving it. My wishlist for this year will be a 20V engine transplant. Does anyone have one laying around.
