UrQ20vt..thanks for the heads up (thanks to Mike Hopton as well for emailing me the same info ), again making me appreciate this list for everything in it
I confronted the seller on the items and stated that after 20yrs they may or may not be the parts....but if they are not he knows that the Quattro parts are still in the garage and will either refund me if they cannot be found , or send the correct ones. All I need is some urq part numbers to send them to cross reference. Heres a list:
Oil cooler
Oil lines
Ducting
Turbo oil lines
Oil filter housing with built in oil cooler bypass
The sellers name is Wayne Parish and said that hes owned several Audi's over the years including a 5000, which these parts may be from. As hes sure the parts that he took off of the Quattro are sitting around after removing them for a water cooled setup for the Alcan 5000 road rally in 1985. TIA for any help

I wouldn't feel bad about the deal though, as those lines are VERY pricey. Here are the ur q part numbers.
035 117 021 A Oil Cooler (silver, with cast tanks)
035 117 041 Oil Cooler bracket
035 117 125 C Oil Cooler feed line
035 117 123 D Oil cooler return line
035 115 417 B Oil filter housing (dual filter)
035 145 735 Oil return, turbo
O34 145 771 B Oil feed, turbo
My guess is that the turbo oil lines are ur q, and that the rest if from a 5kt. That would make the most sense if someone swapped to the water cooled turbo.

Well, the seller says he thinks he used a cast oil cooler on another project...may have been from the Quattro, but says the lines are from the Quattro with ALMOST no doubt. Hes refunding the bid price ( $67.00 ) and sending the parts. I just pay shipping ( $22.00 ). So I think I made out with a bit of luck here, a "virtually" new ( 2 yrs of use ) Oil Cooler inlet / outlet lines for $22.00? Pretty cool.....now if I can only find that Oil Cooler...
