Sorry i didnt reply to your question last night but given the time differense i was i bed by that time!!! I have an Europe Audi 90 quattro and i have found the complete body kit from this 1983 Ur quattro so i am thinking of converting my car to a full 4 door Ur! But i want to have the late RR look and not the early Ur one. I belive it will do the work dont you?

The two metal brackets in the rear that run the width of the car to support the rear valance.
The front metal bracket that does the same function in the front.
The two small brackets that go from the inner fender to support the front fender an valance.
The two vertical brackets welded to the inner fender that serve to mount the front fender and valance. You may be able to fabricate some of the small brackets, but the valance mounting brackets would be very tough to fabricate, and they are crucial.
Other than that, you would be faced with a LOT of fabrication to make it all fit. This means shortening of the rocker panel (the 80q rocker extends all the way to the wheel opening in front), and misc. other tweaks, like the rear wheel well and door.
This conversion has been done a few times, so it is definitely possible, but not cheap. For what you have in mind, the only difference that means much between the WR ur q and the RR is the rear valance.
Good luck!

I got my self onother one that its in top contition bodywise so i was thinking what the hek!!! I did a bit of ETKA search and found that Audi is giving the same part codes for the front and rear bumper (complete) for as for the 1983 and the late RR 1991 model. I do know that its a lot off work by hey is that what we all live about? Something very special with four rings?
I will keep you posted but one thing for sure that one is not my starting point i am crazy but not insane.

the '83 used a different valance, which was superceded by the newer wide valance. That is why you see just one part number.
Good to hear that you aren't starting with the car in the picture...
