Grassroots and 311 were both released by 95 FYI. 
I did see them last after Transistor came out at Red Rocks, what a great show they put on. While I haven't really enjoyed much of their work since 311 they are still a must see live act.

Re: saw them at a bowling alley in Omaha in 1990...
I bought a demo tape the were selling for $2.00 called "Unity". Wish I still had that! I haven't seen em' since, but that was a GREAT show!
